Comments and communication

Hi folks, I'm preparing an extra-long blog post to come soon, but just noticed a backlog of comments some of you submitted (along with lots of spam) that have been stuck in my moderation settings waiting to be published. I used to get an automatic email as soon as someone commented on a post, but Blogger keeps deleting my email in that setting (I added it back in, again). So sorry! I did not mean to ignore anyone. If you have a question, please don't hesitate to use my public email address, posted in the sidebar on the left, as you will likely receive a faster reply!
